App: LunaMixer: Per-App Volume (Japanese: ルナミキサー) / Publisher: HY Studio / Last updated: 22 September 2026
This policy sets out how the mobile app "LunaMixer" (the "app") handles user information.
The developer (HY Studio) never receives any information about you. There is no account, no sign-in, and no email address to enter. The app's own code never sends usage data or a list of your installed apps anywhere.
The only things the app stores on your device are the items below. They live in the app's private storage and cannot be read by other apps. They are excluded from cloud backup.
Per-app volumes are not stored; they return to normal when volume control is stopped.
The app shows no adverts. The developer has built in no analytics and no crash reporting.
The app does hold Android's internet permission (INTERNET). It is needed to reach Android's own wireless debugging endpoint. That endpoint is on the same device the app is running on; changing volumes never connects to any external server.
In-app purchases use Google Play's billing system, and the Google Play Billing Library built into the app does contact Google's servers. That traffic is generated by the Google Play Billing Library; the developer never receives its contents. Google's handling of that information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Wi-Fi is required during first-run setup because Android only makes wireless debugging available while a Wi-Fi connection is active. That Wi-Fi does not have to reach the internet.
Every feature is available for three days from the first connection. Continuing to use the app after that requires a single one-off purchase through Google Play. There is no subscription.
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) — to show the volume bubble and panel while you are using other apps.POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — the six-digit pairing code shown during first-run setup stops working the moment you leave that screen, so you type it into a notification instead. Notifications also show that volume control is running. The code is used to connect and is neither stored nor transmitted.FOREGROUND_SERVICE and related) — to keep the bubble on screen while other apps are in use.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) — to detect whether you are on Wi-Fi, so setup can say so.INTERNET) — as described under "2. Network use".com.android.vending.BILLING) — as described under "3. Purchase and trial".The name and icon of each app that is playing audio come from the app's own helper process, started through wireless debugging, and are used for display only. The app does not use the permission to query installed apps (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES), and it does not use Android's Accessibility service.
Everything the app stores is on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. The developer holds nothing about you, so there is nothing to ask the developer to delete.
The purchase record is held by Google Play against your Google account. The pairing registered on your device during setup can be removed by you at any time under Settings → Developer options → Wireless debugging.
This app is not directed at children under 13.
The app is a tool that sets per-app volume using Android's own developer features.
This policy may be revised as needed. Any significant change will be announced on this page.
